General SPSS (PASW) Information
There are several SPSS (PASW) on-line tutorials and getting-started guides. For example:
- A how-to guide for SPSS 10, hosted by the University of Birmingham and sponsored by LTSN Psychology.
- A good on-line statistics textbook with search facilities. This is from the makers of Statistica. It's not an SPSS tutorial, but it is good on general and not-so-general concepts.
How to update the licence code for SPSS (PASW) for Windows
There should be no need for you to do anything if you are using a "managed desktop computer" as the license update should happen automatically. If you do not have SPSS on your manage desktop, or if the version installed is not correct, please get in touch with Psychology IT Support.
